To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Refund/Exchange Process for Defective Products
1.) Email us at email@example.com to notify us that you would like to return defective items from your purchase. Include your transaction ID number and specify whether you would like a refund or an exchange (additional shipping charges may apply).
2.) Package and ship the products that you would like to return to P.O. Box 823 Richlandtown, PA 18955 (We recommend using a trackable shipping method, Menace Baits is not responsible for return shipping and cannot guarantee delivery)
3.) Upon receiving the return package and approval, Menace Baits will process a refund or exchange within 7 business days.
